Experasoft service includes Site, available at www.CallTimeX.com, software product Expera, installed on your equipment or controlled by you, as well as a range of services that we provide to you through the Site, and Software.
1.4. For full access to personalized service functions you need to register in the Service – to create a “Account”, providing us with complete and accurate information about yourself.
1.5. Using the basic functions of the Service, namely, accounting and analysis of working time users, by means of software products installed on the terminal equipment owned by you or you control (“workstation”). The operation of such software products is closely connected with your account and service CallTimeX. You can not use software products to abandon the use of the Service.
1.6. During use or non-use Workplace software product will create a text, graphics, audio, video or mixed materials of informational character (“Information Data”), which are then transmitted to the hardware and software systems Yaware for processing, storage and playback within Service.
1.8. We encourage you to notify each natural person who will use the workstation with preinstalled software product and interacts with your account that is set in the Workplace software products. This notification can be done before the use of individual jobs and contain a list of the main functions performed by the software product and the purpose of its use by you.

The information we collect, store and process includes contact details entered in the account registration (name, surname, email address, telephone number), billing information through which the Payment Service, messages that you share with us or other users of the Service or other information contained in this Policy.

We only collect information that is necessary to fulfill the purposes of our relationship with you. We do not collect information that applicable law prohibits collecting. 3.1. Upon check-in service, we ask you to fill out a registration form and provide it some of your personal data. We use this information for further communication with you.

If your personal details have changed or you no longer wish to use the Service CallTimeX and want to remove from the Service, and all your personal information data, you can modify, update, disable, or delete such data using the functions of the Service in your account, or by sending us an e- mail.
5.3. If your personal data, which stores and processes the service have changed, you will need to make appropriate changes in the Service and, as our use of outdated information could reduce the quality of the Services provided or make it impossible to use it you.
6.1. CallTimeX will take all reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information and data from loss, misuse or distortion. This includes the physical, technological and software security measures. CallTimeX tries to protect such data has to transfer to the stage of their service.
6.2. However, you must understand that there is no method of transmitting data over the Internet or their subsequent storage in digital form, which will be 100% safe. Thus, despite all our efforts, we can not guarantee absolute protection from you received CallTimeX information. Also in case of loss or failure to provide you the security and confidentiality of your authorization to the Service (login and password), third parties may gain unauthorized access to your account and a personal Information and data stored in the Service.
6.3. We will keep your Personal Information and data for as long as your account is active, or the time it takes to provide you with the Service, dispute resolution and performance of our mutual agreement.
